Our Eric Deschamps playmats cover seven prints from a two-decade Magic career — Aven Mindcensor from Grand Prix Kobe 2017, Dack Fayden from Eternal Weekend 2016's Vintage Championship Europe, Murasa Ranger from Grand Prix Brussels 2015, a signed Olivia Voldaren, a World Magic Cup Rotterdam 2016 Planeswalkers piece, and two Zombie Planeswalkers prints from Comic-Con San Diego 2016.

Two decades of Magic art, and illustrated books

Eric Deschamps' Magic illustrations first appeared in Ninth Edition (2005) and continue into current sets, most recently The Hobbit Eternal (2026), a Universes Beyond crossover. He has contributed to Secret Lair since 2021, across two drops, and recently illustrated for the Marvel Super Heroes crossover. Beyond Magic, he has illustrated middle-grade and young-adult book covers, including the Fablehaven series by Brandon Mull and the Harper Hall of Pern trilogy by Anne McCaffrey.

What's in this collection

Olivia Voldaren and one of the two Zombie Planeswalkers prints are signed; the other Zombie Planeswalkers, labeled a re-edition, is not. Aven Mindcensor commemorates Grand Prix Kobe 2017, Dack Fayden the Vintage Championship Europe at Eternal Weekend 2016, Murasa Ranger Grand Prix Brussels 2015, and Planeswalkers the World Magic Cup in Rotterdam 2016.
