Our Dan Murayama Scott playmats cover eight cards and pieces from a two-decade Magic career — two prints of Ponder, one signed and stitched, plus Akroma's Memorial, Ninja of the Deep Hours, Niv-Mizzet, Visionary, Solemn Simulacrum, and two Grand Prix Dallas-Fort Worth 2015 pieces, Custom Artwork and Shaman of the Pack. Many are signed.

Two decades in Magic

Dan Murayama Scott's Magic illustrations first appeared in Champions of Kamigawa (2004) and continue into current sets, most recently Secrets of Strixhaven (2026). His Shaman of the Pack, originally illustrated for Magic Origins (2015), is the same art represented here as a Grand Prix Dallas-Fort Worth 2015 print and later reprinted as a Secret Lair Drop (2023) — his only Secret Lair contribution so far. He has also illustrated cards for the Tales of Middle-earth Commander and Fallout Universes Beyond crossovers.

What's in this collection

Ponder appears twice, one signed and one also stitched. Akroma's Memorial, Ninja of the Deep Hours and Solemn Simulacrum are signed, and Niv-Mizzet, Visionary is signed and stitched. Custom Artwork and Shaman of the Pack both commemorate Grand Prix Dallas-Fort Worth 2015.

Condition and photographs

Because many of these are signed, and two are also stitched, condition matters as much as the artwork. Every listing uses real photographs of the actual playmat, so you can check the surface and the signature before buying.
