This item is a Magic the Gathering playmat featuring Huatli, Dinosaur Knight by artist Anna Steinbauer originally featured in Ixalan.
Since the playmat was created for the Pro Tour Rivals of Ixalan celebrated in Bilbao, Spain, in 2018, the playmat also shows a photograph of Bilbao.
The playmat wasn't sold outside of the event and is thus very rare.
The playmat size is around 35cm x 60cm.
