This playmat features the San Diego Comic-Con “Zombie” Promo Planeswalkers, illustrated by Eric Deschamps and presented here in a re-edited composition from 2021. The artwork is derived from the five-card Magic: The Gathering promo set released for SDCC 2016 and the subsequent event playmat.

The composition brings the five zombified planeswalkers into a single tableau, arranged against a moonlit, desaturated environment. Each figure retains its individual identity while contributing to a unified scene defined by decay, theatrical lighting, and restrained color contrasts typical of Deschamps’ character-driven work.
